IT Pros Salaries are not keeping up with inflation

Preliminary results are in for IT Pros salaries. Data collected shows that the mean compensation for IT professionals increased by 2.59% to $100,079. The positions most in demand are IT staff who have the skills to support e-commerce and WFH support.

In the last three quarters, salaries as companies work to add staff salaries have increased, in Mid-sized enterprises (3.04%) and large enterprises (2.16%).

In large organizations, the greatest increases have been in the executive suite. In midsized ones, middle management and staff positions have outpaced the compensation for the executive suite.
