Median Salary for all IT PROs in large enterprises now is over $100K

Janco is in the final phases of completing the IT Mid-Year 2022 IT Salary Survey. Preliminary results show the median salaries for IT Pros in large enterprises now are $100,022 and $95,681 for mid-size enterprises.

It is clear from the data that in large enterprises there was a major increase in compensation for executives (3.47% to $176,231) and general staff (3.23% to $80,914) in large enterprises. At the same time, Middle Managers only saw a slight increase (1.2% to $97,189. All of this will impact the budgeting processes for 2023.
