First much of the discord you are seeing is due to the MIS-REPORTING of employment data by the Biden Administration’s BLS. In 15 of the last 18 months, they had control they would report several new jobs in a month, then the next month they would adjust the number of jobs reported the prior month down. Then they would use the new lower base number of employment to show a greater increase in the number of jobs for the month that was currently recorded as being more positive.

This came to a head in the November data that was just reported. To try and correct the problem they reclassified a number of jobs which impacted the size of the job market significantly. We have adjusted this in the data that we use in our reporting.
